* Any "photo identification issued by government" that is not listed above will not be acceptable. You will not be allowed to enter without eligible identification that are listed above.

・Those who wish to purchase alcoholic beverages will be asked to get a wristband after getting your ID with a face photo checked at the ID check booth.
・The standing ticket must be exchanged for a wristband before entering the venue. There will be no exchange of wrist band for those who purchased stand seat.
・One ticket cannot be used by multiple persons, two people and above.
・Tickets are valid only at the performance date and venue indicated on the ticket.
・Please note that depending on the seat, you may not have a clear view.
・Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if admission by such acts is discovered.
・Please note that this is a festival and the performers are subject to change. There will be no refunds for line-up changes, cancellations by artists, performance schedule alteration.
・If the wristband is damaged or lost, it will not be reissued for any reason.
・If you do not wear your wristband, you will not be allowed to enter Arena Standing Area. Please take good care of your wristband and do not remove it until the end of the festival.
・If you are found to have entered the venue illegally, you will be asked to leave the venue regardless of the reason whatsoever, and you will be handed over to the police, who will demand compensation for your loss.
・Please note that entry to each block area may be restricted.
・Customers are permitted to bring compact digital cameras, cell phones that can take photos, only for the purpose of personal viewing. All professional-caliber cameras are prohibited. In the case of legal conflicting arises relating to audio and/or visual recording using any form of recorders/devices, of any individuals including but not limited to performers, audience, and/or public and private facilities, the responsibility shall strictly fall onto the person who acted.
・Umbrellas, Cooling boxes, parasols, chairs, any type of mats, cans, bottles, selfie-sticks, animals (except for service dogs), flammables (e.g. fireworks) and any other items that are considered dangerous and/or illegal into the venues are prohibited. When anything that is prohibited by law is found on site, we will report to the police immediately upon discovery.
・Since it is dangerous, you must not throw plastic bottles onto the stage.
・Regardless of whether it is legal or illegal, we strictly forbid to use or bring in drugs (including dangerous drugs), dangerous substances, or items prohibited by law. If found, you will be forced to leave the venue immediately. Those who cause trouble to other customers or who do not follow the instructions of the staff will be forced to leave the venue. In that case, no ticket refunds will be made.
・Persons who cause trouble in and outside of the site, or who ignore the instructions by the event organizers, will be forcibly ejected from the festival and will not be issued refunds under any circumstances.
・Dangerous acts such as diving and moshing are prohibited. The organizers will pay very attention to prevent such act from happening, however, the event organizers, the venue, and artists will not be held responsible for injuries suffered by way of negligence of personal safety.
・Those who do not follow these rules may be forced to leave. In that case, ticket will not be refunded.
・The event organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, mishaps or injuries occurring inside and outside of the venues. The event organizers will under no circumstances become involved. We must ask you to take responsibility for your own actions.
・Please be responsible for your own belongings.
・It is strictly prohibited to enter the premises of this festival if you are a member of or affiliated with a crime syndicate or other antisocial group, or if you are intoxicated.
・Please act at your own responsibility and act accordingly inside and outside the venue.
・Please note that any official merchandise sold in the venues may not be exchanged or returned after purchase except defective items.
・Due to limitations in parking space around the venues, we advise you to take public transportation measures. Please make sure not to drink and drive in case you drive to and from the venue.
・Any drop offs or pickups by car is prohibited. Parking is prohibited on the streets around the venue. If you get on and off the car here, it will not only cause traffic in the surrounding area, but it will also increase the possibility of a serious accident, so please do not do it.
・Please do not park illegally and do not disturb the neighbors.
・It is extremely dangerous to wait around artist's arrival and/or departure to and from the venue. Camping-out through the night is also not allowed by the venue. Wait around of the artists' arrival and/or departure at the venue or surrounding public space may cause danger to not only yourself and the artists but also general public. We strictly ask not to wait around. We will not hesitate to report to the police when any dangerous acts discovered. Any accidents occurred by the acts prohibited by us, we will not take any responsibility whatsoever.
・Please dispose trash according to its recycled category, and do not trash the streets.
・Please smoke only in the designated areas.
・The use of lighters and matches outside the smoking area is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from doing anything that damages the natural plants around the venue.
・Overnight camping in the vicinity of the venues is strictly prohibited.
・The festival will not be cancelled due to inclement weather (excluding natural disasters).
・Please note that in the event of rescheduling or cancellation due to natural disaster, tickets will not be refunded.
・There is not compensation of traveling fee to the venue including cancellation fee due to rescheduling or cancellation of the festival.
・All customer information received at the time of ticket application will belong to the organizer.
