Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I want a different type of ticket (Early/Cosplay Early /PM Entry) not sold here
A: We are very sorry, but this system is only available for AM Entry wristbands. Sale of Early Entry and Cosplay Early Entry tickets is already complete. PM Entry wristbands can be bought at anime and manga stores in Japan or on-site. We recommend purchasing PM Entry wristbands before the event due to higher price and long waiting lines for purchasing on-site.
Q: I want to join the AM Entry queue earlier, before the exchange starts.
A: Queuing is only possible with an AM Entry wristband. If you want to queue earlier, please purchase an AM Entry wristband directly in Japan, at anime and manga stores before coming to the event
Q: Can I exchange my QR code for Day 2 already on Day 1?
A: The Day 2 wristband can only be exchanged on Day 2, to avoid mix-ups.
Q: I am cosplaying. Can I directly come in cosplay?
A: You cannot come or go in Cosplay, as this is not socially accepted in Japan, and must use the Changing Rooms. Everybody can use the Cosplay Changing Room once inside (500 Yen Registration Fee required. A queue is likely).
Q: Do children also need a ticket/wristband ?
A: One child (15 years or younger) can enter without a ticket/wristband per guardian if entering together. If entering separately and not with a guardian, children must have their own ticket/wristband.
Q: Can we buy multiple tickets together for a group?
A: Each participant must buy his/her own ticket. However, one child (15 years or younger) can enter for free per guardian holding a valid ticket/wristband.

A: All participants entering the venue will need a ticket.

A: Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
