How to Confirm Your Order

Step 1. Get the URL of your order list

Go to and click "Track my order (s)".

Enter the Order ID or the email address you used when purchasing the ticket.



Step 2. Go to the page of your order list

Check your mailbox and click the URL.

* This URL will be invalid after use. If an error occurred, please try "Track my orders" again.

* To Outlook users: if you use Outlook to receive your emails, it is possible that the tracking URL will be invalid because we found out that Outlook will change the real link, maybe for security reason, so that you cannot access to the order page. We would suggest you change other email clients to get your emails.



Step 3. Find the QR code / the streaming URL / 7-Eleven ticket number of your order

Click the Order ID on page of "My Orders", it will show your order details and QR code/Streaming URL.


【Notice】 If you entered a wrong email address when purchased, you can not get a search result email. In such a situation, please contact us from the inquiry form.
