* Gates for Hanshin Tigers Regular serson game and Pre-season game are scheduled to open two hours before the game starts.

* Tickets receiving procedures: Please come to the venue and pick up your tickets at Advance ticket office next to Gate 9 of Hanshin Koshien Stadium from 10:00~ on the day of the event.
* If the event is canceled due to rain or other unavoidable circumstances, a refund will be automatically processed to the bank account linked to your credit card payment through your credit card company. (Depending on the refund processing timing of the credit card company, the transaction may be canceled before the charge is made, or the full amount may be charged first and then refunded later. Please check your credit card statement for details.)

Requests when visiting/watching games
* The Japan Professional Baseball Organization, the Central Baseball Federation, the Pacific Baseball Federation, and the 12 teams that make up both federations have established a "Game Attendance Contract Agreements".
* Hanshin Koshien Stadium conducts baggage inspections to enforce the ban on bringing in cans, bottles, and other dangerous items during the professional baseball games held at the stadium.
* There are no parking lots around the stadium.
* Additionally, parking is prohibited on all roads surrounding the stadium, so please use the train or route bus to visit.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the stands. Please smoke in designated areas.
* It is very dangerous to watch or cheer while standing on your seat. Also, please refrain from doing so as it may interfere with the viewing of the game by those around you.
* During professional baseball games held at our stadium, the use of flashlights, lights (cyriums, penlights, etc.), and other similar items during the game (including between innings) is prohibited as it will hinder the game progress.
* At matches hosted by the Hanshin Tigers, please refrain from provoking or desecrating the team or fans (such as damaging, dragging, or stepping on each team's mascot goods), as this may cause trouble.
* The standard size of cheering boards, cheering flags, and small flags must be within 55 cm (length) x 55 cm (width). Items larger than the size mentioned above cannot be brought into the venue. (This specified size is only a reference for the time being and is subject to change.)
* Please observe the following conditions when using cheering boards, cheering flags, small flags, etc. If you do not follow these rules, we may refuse you to display them.
・Please be sure to use it at your seat.
・Please refrain from raising items higher than above your head, which may cause an disturbance to other customers.
・Please refrain from using materials that emit or reflect light, or anything that may hinder the game progress with other reasons.
・Cheering is limited to those supporting the team or player. (Please refrain from advertising, things that violate public order and morals, and slandering teams, players, and individuals.)
