■Requests and precautions when applying for tickets
In the event that the ticket purchaser does not come to the show at his/her own discretion, or due to infectious diseases such as COVID-19, influenza, or poor physical condition, etc, cancellations and refunds will not be made due to the customer's personal circumstances.
Please take precautions against infectious diseases and pay attention to your own physical condition.

・Please note that the content of the performance, the open and start time may be subject to change. No refunds will be made in such cases.
・No refunds will be made for any reason other than in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event.
・Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances such as loss or theft.

[About flower stands]
Please observe the following points when ordering flowers.

(1) Delivery date and time: Please instruct the florist or courier to arrive by 11:00-13:00 on 3/1 (Fri.) for the Osaka show and by 11:00-13:00 on 3/2 (Sat.) for the Saitama show.
(2) Collection: Please specify the date and time for the collection.
(3) Size: The flower stand must be no more than 40cm x 40cm in base (stand feet) and 180cm in height.

* If flowers are delivered at a time other than the designated time, we may refuse to accept them.
* The organizer will determine the location of the stand flowers within the venue (including outside the venue premises) in accordance with the hall use regulations and the Fire Prevention Law, and they will be placed in no particular order.
* Please note that we will not be able to accommodate requests to specify the location. In addition, if we receive a large number of congratulatory flowers, we may not be able to display all of them. Please understand this in advance.

[About the rules in the venue]
・Re-entry is not allowed.
・Depending on your seat, it may be difficult to see parts of the stage and performance.
・Please refrain from actions that may disturb other customers, such as moving your body more than necessary. Also, it is extremely dangerous to leave your seat or run to the aisle. Please do not do that.
・You may bring and use psylliums, penlights, etc. with a total length of less than 30cm, and cheering goods such as fans and illuminated boards that are within 30cm x 30cm. Please use both at chest height so as not to obstruct the view of other customers. (Please refrain from using objects that produce an extremely large amount of light or decorations that exceed the size of the room.) If the organizer determines that the item is causing a nuisance to nearby customers, the item may be kept in custody or you may be asked to leave the venue.
・Recording, filming and photography are strictly prohibited in the venue. Please note that if such behavior is discovered, the data may be deleted, you may be asked to leave the venue, or the performance may be canceled.
・Cameras will be in the venue for recording and distribution. Please be aware that the audience may be filmed and broadcasted depending on the content of the recording.
・Please be mindful of social distance and cough etiquette, and refrain from unnecessary movement from your seats or staying in the aisles, venue lobby, etc.
・It is prohibited to bring cans, bottles, hazardous materials including gunpowder, alcoholic beverages, etc. into the venue.
・Please refrain from eating in the venue. Please prepare drinks in plastic bottles with lids.
・Smoking is prohibited in the venue.
・Crowd gatherings inside and outside the venue are prohibited under any circumstances.

[About exiting and leaving the venue]
・After leaving the venue, please move quickly and do not stay around.

If you do not comply with the above requests and precautions, or if you do not follow the instructions of the staff on the day, or if the organizer determines that your behavior is similar to that, we may have no choice but to deny admission or ask you to leave the venue. In such cases, we will not make a refund.
