* Those who are over the age of 3 charged a fee. Free for children under the age of 3 who can sit on guardian’s lap. Extra seat will need ticket.

* Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including damage or loss of tickets or forgetting tickets on the day of the performance.
* Except in the case of event postponement or cancellation, refunds are not available due to personal unwellness (including fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, infection with the new coronavirus, changes in physical condition due to vaccination), or other circumstances of the customer. Please understand in advance.
* In case the show is cancelled you will receive a ticket refund, however we do not compensate travel fee, accommodation fee, or any other costs you may have relating to the show cancellation.
[About the VIP BOX]
* The VIP BOX offers a view of the arena floor from inside the room, with a private balcony, and is designed for watching the event while dining. For more details about the VIP BOX, please check the venue's website.
* The VIP BOXes are sold by the room, with a maximum capacity of 8 people per room.
* Use by fewer than 8 people is possible.
* Ticket prices do not change even if used by fewer than 8 people.
* On the day of the event, please ensure that all members of your party are present before entering.
* A dedicated entrance and exit are available for VIP BOX guests.
Benefit 1: After the performance, TAIMAN + Shitennou x Yukio will see you off (signatures and photos are allowed).
Benefit 2: One collaboration food item will be provided per person (details to be announced later).
Benefit 3: A special laminated pass for VIP BOX guests will be provided.
* 10% handling charge and JPY110 printing fee included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order is completed, we don't accept any changes or cancellations.
* Ticket(s) can be collected at a 7-Eleven store in Japan. An information email with a 13-digit ticket number will be sent 2 days before the event day. Make sure to check your mailbox.
* Seat number will not be informed beforehand until you issue your ticket at a 7-Eleven store.
