Tickets will not be refunded due to changes or cancellations of performers, stormy weather, etc. Please note that tickets will not be refunded for any reason other than postponement or cancellation of the performance, such as illness (including new coronavirus infection and influenza), injury, or your own convenience.
* In the unlikely event of a refund, the full amount of the ticket, including the charge, will be refunded.
* After exchanging your admission ticket at the wristband exchange point, you will be admitted to each live area. You will not be allowed to enter with your admission ticket. After wristband exchange, the wristband will be your proof of purchase. Please wear it on your wrist and be careful not to lose it.
* Only one person will be admitted per admission ticket (one admission ticket is required for each person of junior high school age and older). Admission for pre-school and elementary school children is free for one person per parent/guardian, who must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. (* Preschool and elementary school children cannot be admitted alone.)
* 10% handling charge and JPY110 printing fee included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order is completed, we don't accept any changes or cancellations.
* Ticket(s) can be collected at a 7-Eleven store in Japan. An information email with a 13-digit ticket number will be sent 2 days before the event day. Make sure to check your mailbox.
* Seat number will not be informed beforehand until you issue your ticket at a 7-Eleven store.
