* Children under 7 years old are not permitted to enter without a parent or guardian. Attendees under 15 years of age must present a parental consent form.
* A ticket is required for children aged 4 and above. Children aged 3 and under may enter for free.
* All customers are required to pay drink fee (600JPY) in cash at the door separately.
* Only 3-day passes are available. Single-day tickets will not be sold.
* To prevent ticket resale, attendees, including the purchaser and their companions, may be required to present identification upon entry without prior notice.
If identification cannot be provided, admission may be denied. In such cases, ticket refunds or compensation for travel expenses will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
* Tickets purchased through resale are invalid and may result in denial of entry. Please be aware.
* Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (e.g., loss, theft, or damage).
* Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled for any reason.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please smoke only in the designated areas.
* There is a possibility of recording during the event. Please be aware that the audience may appear in the live stream footage and any other videos created by the organizer.
* Photography, recording, and filming inside the venue:
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the performance.
The use of mobile phones and smartphones for photography, recording, or filming is also prohibited.
If such activities are discovered, all media devices will be confiscated, and the data will be immediately deleted.
Photography is allowed before the performance starts and after it ends.
* 10% handling charge and ticketing fee is added upon check out.
* Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
* Ticket(s) will be issued on the day of the event . At the time of issuance of the ticket(s) ,the person who purchase the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport).
* The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
* Seat number will not be informed beforehand until you pick up your ticket at the venue on the day. We appreciate your kind understanding.
