* Festival grounds will close at 5:00AM each day. 3 Day Ticket holders are required to exit the festival at 5:00AM each day of the festival. Re-entry will be prohibitted until 9:00AM.
* Each General Admission ticket valid for 1 person’s entry to the festival.
* Children age 15 or below may enter free of charge if accompanied by an adult.
(Valid for children under the age of 15 as of July 27th, 2025. Photo ID required.)
* A shuttle bus will be available from JR Echigo Yuzawa Station to the venue. (Paid ¥2,000 round trip)
*Payment must be made at the time of boarding at Echigo Yuzawa Station.
(Those who are 15 years old or younger by July 27, 2025 may ride free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. ｜Photo ID required)
Friday Night Ticket
* Valid for entry to festival from 6:00pm Friday July 25th to 5:00am Saturday July 26th.
* Limited number available.
* Purchase of Parking Ticket with this ticket is not permitted.
Under 22: 1 Day Ticket
* Available for those aged 16 or older and under 22 years of age as of July 27th, 2025. (Photo ID required.)
* Those unable to provide photo ID and proof of age upon entrance to the festival will be required to pay the difference in price of a general sales ticket price.
* Limited number available.
* There is no 3 Day Ticket discount available for “Under 22”.
* Purchase of Parking Ticket with this ticket is not permitted.
Under 17: 1 Day Ticket
* Available for those aged 16 or older and under 17 years of age as of July 27th, 2025. (Photo ID required.)
* Those unable to provide photo ID and proof of age upon entrance to the festival will be required to pay the difference in price of a general sales ticket price.

* There is no 3 Day Ticket discount available for “Under 17”.

* Tickets purchase via unauthorized outlets will be deemed invalid and the festival will not be responsible for trouble with the ticket, nor will you be eligible for a refund in the event the festival is cancelled.
* The Wristband is your "Proof of Purchase". Wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances.
* Those who remove or lose their wristband will be required to either exit the festival or purchase another ticket. Please be careful with your wristband.
* 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
* Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event . At the time of exchanging the ticket(s) ,the person who purchase the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport) .
