* Customers arriving in a wheelchair or those who are pregnant are kindly asked to contact the relevant inquiry office in advance of the show after purchasing tickets.
* Customers attending with children are requested to take precautions such as bringing earmuffs or earplugs.
* If you do not abide by the rules and manners required by the organizer, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue. No refunds will be made in such cases.
