* Simultaneous events at two venues (Spotify O-WEST / clubasia)
* All customers are required to pay drink fee in cash at the door separately. (At the wristband exchange)
* Tickets are required for those above 3 years old.
* Wristband exchange will take place at the Spotify O-WEST entrance.
* We will start calling out queue numbers at the Spotify O-WEST entrance from the opening time.
* If you remove or detach the wristband, it will become invalid.
* Please note that artists may cancel or change their appearances due to circumstances beyond our control. We regret to inform you that tickets cannot be refunded in the event of such changes.
* There will be no ticket refunds in the event of unexpected performance cancellations or changes other than performance cancellations.
* 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
* Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event . At the time of exchanging the ticket(s) ,the person who purchase the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport) .
* The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
