* Ticket refunds will not be issued for any reasons other than the cancellation or postponement of the performance, or changes to the opening or start times.
Even if the event is canceled or postponed due to the organizer's circumstances, costs related to attendance (such as transportation and accommodation) will not be compensated.
* If you do not follow the rules and manners set by the organizer, you may be denied entry or asked to leave. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
* Guests using a wheelchair should contact the designated inquiry office in advance after purchasing a ticket.
* Pregnant guests or those with injuries are recommended to purchase a reserved seat to avoid contact with other attendees.
* Customers attending with children are requested to take precautions such as bringing earmuffs or earplugs.
* Photography, audio recording, and video recording during the performance are strictly prohibited.
