[Important Notes for Visitors]
* This exhibition requires date-specific tickets for entry. A valid ticket is necessary for admission.
* Depending on the crowd conditions on the day, you may experience extended wait times before entering. Please note that entry may be delayed beyond your designated entry time.
* Details regarding special gifts will be announced on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 (JST).
* Special gifts will not be provided to guests without tickets, including children under school age or caregivers.
* When entering with "Middle/High School" or "Elementary School" tickets, you may be required to present a student ID, school handbook, or health insurance card. Please remember to bring these with you to the venue.
* Children under school age cannot enter alone and must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
* The official shop cannot be accessed without visiting the exhibition. It is located at the end of the exhibit, so you cannot shop before viewing the exhibition. Additionally, re-entry from the shop to the exhibit area is not allowed.
* To prevent inconvenience to neighbors and ensure safety, overnight or early morning arrivals (including the previous day) are strictly prohibited. The organizer takes no responsibility for accidents or issues arising from such actions.
* Visitors using wheelchairs or those with physical disabilities may be given priority entry at the discretion of the staff.
* Please arrive at your designated time. Late arrivals may result in denied entry without a ticket refund. Early arrivals before your designated time will also not be admitted.
* If you are late due to unavoidable circumstances such as delays in public transportation, follow the instructions of the staff on the day, as responses will vary depending on the situation.
* To protect the exhibits and ensure operational safety, large items such as suitcases, carry-on cases (including carts), and similar luggage are not allowed in the venue. Please note that the venue does not offer luggage storage services. Use coin lockers at nearby stations or other facilities for your belongings.
* The following items are prohibited: flammable or hazardous materials, odorous items, fresh flowers, or any other items deemed dangerous by the organizer.
* Pets are not allowed in the venue. However, assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs are permitted. Please inform staff upon arrival.
* Staff may inspect your belongings upon entry.
* No parking is available at the venue. Please use nearby parking facilities or public transportation.
* Any exchange (transfer) or sales activities related to the exhibition within or around the venue are strictly prohibited.

[Important Notes for Viewing]
* The exhibition operates on a timed entry system.
* Due to the waiting lines or crowd conditions inside the venue, visitors may be asked to cooperate and share viewing space.
* Please respect the designated boundary areas and enjoy the exhibition from within the designated space. Entering the boundary area or extending your fingers or hands towards the displays or objects beyond the boundary is prohibited.
* Once you exit either the "Exhibition Area" or the "Official Shop" re-entry will not be permitted.
* Except for certain exhibits, photography with mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets is allowed. However, flash photography, the use of selfie sticks, tripods, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted. Cameras (such as digital single lens reflex cameras and compact cameras) are not allowed. When taking photos, please be considerate of other visitors and follow the instructions of the staff.
・During busy times, photography may be restricted for the protection of the exhibits and for safety reasons.

* Tickets for this exhibition can be purchased through eplus (eplus website, eplus app, or the multi-copy machines at FamilyMart stores in Japan). There will be no sales of tickets at the venue on the day of the event.
・If purchasing through the eplus website or eplus app, membership registration (with a Japanese domestic phone number) is required.
* Depending on the sales status of the pre-sale lottery, general sales may not be held. Also, general sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and sales will end once the planned number of tickets is sold.
* There will be no additional sales for sold-out tickets.
* In the general sale, you can purchase up to 5 tickets per application.
