Wristbands will be exchanged at the entrance of the venue starting at 9:45 on the day of the event.
* Please be sure to bring your photo ID with you at the time of wristband exchange.
* When entering and re-entering, all food and beverages are prohibited except for bottled water and soft drinks. For meals, breaks, etc., please use the restaurants and cafes in the adjacent commercial facility "GREEN SPRINGS".
* Minors are allowed to enter the venue, but alcohol sales are strictly prohibited.
* Resale for profit is prohibited. Please note that resold tickets are invalid you will not be allowed to enter with a resold ticket.
* Due to the circumstances of the organizers and artists, performances may be canceled or venues may be changed. Please note that tickets will not be refunded in that case.
* This event will be held indoors even if it rains, but it may be canceled in case of stormy weather. Please note in advance.
* 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
