* With a 2DAYS TICKET, you can attend the event on both May 25 (Sat.) and 26 (Sun.). (Doors open 10:00, Show start 11:00, for both days)
* Tickets are required above elementary school age children. Preschool children (under 6 years old) must be accompanied by a guardian, up to one child per guardian. However, the admission area is restricted.
* Tickets will be exchanged with wristbands at the venue.
* Lost or broken wristbands will not be re-issued. If you do not wear the wristband, you will be asked to leave the venue. Please keep wearing the wristband with care and do not remove it until the end of the event.
* Please note that ticket refunds will not be made due to changes or cancellations of artists.
* This festival will be held rain or shine (except in case of natural disasters). Please note that tickets will not be refunded in the event of cancellation due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons.
* Tickets that are damaged or lost will not be reissued, even if you have proof of purchase (proof of issue, receipt, tickets purchased at the same time, etc.).
