* All customers are required to pay drink fee in cash at the door separately.
* No food or drink allowed.
* A safety area is planned to be set up inside the venue.
* All dangerous activities are strictly prohibited. In severe cases, you may be asked to leave the venue. If injuries occur due to dangerous activities, the involved parties must resolve the issue themselves, and the organizers will not be involved.
* Please note that in the following cases, refunds for ticket fees, travel expenses, etc., will not be provided:
・When we refuse entry or ask you to leave the venue.
・Due to changes or cancellations of performers, performance times, or stages.
・Failure to comply with instructions from event organizers, venue staff, or artist staff, resulting in eviction from the event.
* 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
* Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event . At the time of exchanging the ticket(s) ,the person who purchase the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport) .
