Each ticket includes registration for cosplayers (male/female) and photographers.
Please be careful not to confuse the ticket type when purchasing.
* What is cosplay registration?
This ticket is required to participate in the cosplay event. Changing rooms and luggage storage are available.
Registration hours, days of availability, and privileges differ for each ticket.
* What is photographer registration?
This ticket is required to participate as a photographer. By registering as a photographer, you will be able to enjoy all areas of Ikehalo.
You can also use the luggage storage area.
If you wish to participate as a cameraman (photographer) while wearing cosplay, please purchase a cosplay participation ticket.
* Premium 3DAYS Ticket
This ticket set includes tickets for three days during the "Ikehalo" period (October 25, 26, and 27), allowing you to enjoy the three days of Ikehalo to the fullest.
The set includes tickets for the following 3 days.
-October 25 (Fri.) IKEHALO Night Ticket
-October 26 (Sat.) Premium Ticket
-October 27 (Sun.) Premium Ticket
["Premium 3DAYS Ticket" Limited Privilege (1)]
During Ikehalo, you can leave your baggage at the baggage area for one day.
* Only one piece of luggage per person can be left in the baggage area for each day.
* You may only drop off and pick up your baggage during the baggage storage area hours.
The time you can use the baggage storage area is the same as the time you can use the locker rooms on each day of the event.
["Premium 3DAYS Ticket" Limited Privilege (2)]
On and after the day following the day of registration, you can go directly to the changing rooms, baggage storage, and photo shoot without waiting in line at the reception desk.
* Please do not forget to bring the participation certificate handed to you at the registration desk on the following day and thereafter.
(Please note that you will not be able to participate if you forget it.)
Premium 3DAYS Ticket holders are also entitled to the benefits of a single-day Premium Ticket.
[About "Premium 3DAYS Ticket"]
・Premium 3DAYS Ticket holders who register for the Premium 3DAYS Ticket on the first day do not need to register for the following days.
* We expect the reception desk to be crowded on the 26th and 27th, so recommend that you register on the 25th.
・Please do not forget to bring your participation certificate handed to you on the first day of registration. If you forget it, you will not be able to participate in the event.
・Please note that tickets cannot be changed or refunded after purchase.

* Please come to the venue by 21:30 on the day of the event. (After 21:31, you will not be allowed to register and will not be able to participate in the event.)
[Age Limitations]
・Age limit: 18 years old or older (High school students are not allowed to enter). We will check your age with your ID card at the entrance desk. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event of an accidental purchase.
Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2024: Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27
* Please arrive before the final registration at 17:00 on the day of the event. (After 17:01, the registration desk will be closed and you will not be allowed to attend the event.)
[Age Limitations]
・Children of elementary school age and younger may participate in the event only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・The fee is JPY 500 for elementary school students (please purchase a kid's ticket in cash on the day of the event), and free for preschoolers.
* Parents or gurdian accompanying their children will also be charged a participation fee.
・Preschool children may use the changing rooms of the same gender as their parents. * The staff reserves the right to refuse entry to the locker room of the opposite gender.
・Children of elementary school age and younger are not allowed to be alone. Parents are requested to accompany their children at all times during the event.
* 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
* Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event . At the time of exchanging the ticket(s) ,the person who purchase the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport) .
* The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
