Each ticket includes registration for cosplayers (male/female) and photographers.
Please be careful not to confuse the ticket type when purchasing.
* What is cosplay registration?
This ticket is required to participate in the cosplay event. Changing rooms and luggage storage are available.
Registration hours, days of availability, and privileges differ for each ticket.
* What is photographer registration?
This ticket is required to participate as a photographer. By registering as a photographer, you will be able to enjoy all areas of Ikehalo.
You can also use the luggage storage area.
If you wish to participate as a cameraman (photographer) while wearing cosplay, please purchase a cosplay participation ticket.
* One-day tickets are date-specific. Date and type of ticket cannot be changed after purchase.
* Please arrive before the final registration at 17:00 on the day of the event. (After 17:01, the registration desk will be closed and you will not be allowed to attend the event.)
* Premium Ticket (1DAY)
This ticket allows you to participate in "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2024" on October 26 (Sat.) and 27 (Sun.) from 10:00 a.m.
You will need tickets for the number of days you wish to participate.
(If you plan to attend both Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27, you will need to purchase two tickets.
The Premium Ticket is loaded with great benefits that will allow you to enjoy Ikehalo to the fullest throughout the day.

* General Ticket
This is a ticket to participate in "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fes" to be held on October 26 (Sat.) and 27 (Sun.) from 10:00 a.m.
Tickets are required for the number of days you wish to attend. (If you plan to attend on both October 26 (Sat.) and 27 (Sun.), you will need to purchase two tickets.)
This ticket is recommended for those who plan to attend "Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fes" around noon and want to participate with a reasonable ticket.
Cosplay registration/changing room hours are from 11:30 to 18:00.
Photographer Registration/Reception hours are from 11:30am.
[Age Limitations]
・Children of elementary school age and younger may participate in the event only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・The fee is JPY 500 for elementary school students (please purchase a kid's ticket in cash on the day of the event), and free for preschoolers.
* Parents or gurdian accompanying their children will also be charged a participation fee.
・Preschool children may use the changing rooms of the same gender as their parents. * The staff reserves the right to refuse entry to the locker room of the opposite gender.
・Children of elementary school age and younger are not allowed to be alone. Parents are requested to accompany their children at all times during the event.
* 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
* Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event . At the time of exchanging the ticket(s) ,the person who purchase the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport) .
* The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
