・FUJI ROCK go round tickets must be exchanged for wristbands upon arrival at the festival.

*A separate admission ticket is required for use.
*Seperate purchase of festival entry ticket required. Services cannot be used with only a FUJI ROCK go round wristband.
*Children 15 years of age and younger accompanied by an adult with a FUJI ROCK go round wristband can use the services free of charge.
(*Must provide photo ID proving they are 15 years old as of July 27th, 2025.)

Purchase includes priority seating on shuttle bus from festival to Echigoyuzawa Station.

* Tickets purchase via unauthorized outlets will be deemed invalid and the festival will not be responsible for trouble with the ticket, nor will you be eligible for a refund in the event the festival is cancelled.
* The Wristband is your "Proof of Purchase". Wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances.
* Those who remove or lose their wristband will be required to either exit the festival or purchase another ticket. Please be careful with your wristband.
* Only a limited number of each ticket type will be available for purchase.
* 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
* Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
