◆REQUIREMENTS FOR COLLECTING TICKET(S) AT THE VENUE
* Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event.
* The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
Two identifications are required.
(1)The valid photo identification (e.g. Passport) is required for exchange the ticket and also
(2) IC Member's Card is required for enter the venue.

Only for the 【ANGEL EYES International members (AEI) 】who became or deposited admission fee by 23:59 p.m. on November 20th, 2022(JST).
This ticket is only for those who registered membership through 【ANGEL EYES International Fan Club】.
ANGEL EYES members (AE) *who living in Japan can't buy this type of ticket.
At the time of purchase you will be certified as an AEI member.

■ The bringing of video/audio recording equipment (cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, binoculars with recording capabilities, etc.) into the venue is prohibited, as is their use therein. *Our staff reserves the right to check the specifications of any binoculars that are to be used inside the venue. Please be aware of this before coming to the event.
■ We ask that individuals with disabilities or in wheelchairs please contact AEI INFORMATION after making their payment.
Due to the structure of the venue, and depending on the number of applicants, we may not be able to prepare an identical wheelchair area environment for all guests. Please be aware of this before coming to the event.
■ Please be sure to speak with staff on site concerning any trouble which arises on the day of the performance. We cannot perform fact-checking for an issue after the event has ended and, therefore, will not be able to provide support for an inquiry made after the fact.
■ Only guests who purchase tickets via legitimate methods will be allowed to enter the venue.
■ We bear no responsibility for issues which arise due to ticket purchases made via illegitimate methods.
■ In the event that a resale via auction or other method is discovered, we will conduct a rigorous investigation into the matter, and neither the seller nor the buyer will be allowed to enter the venue for any reason. Those discovered within the venue will be asked to leave immediately. If the involved parties are AE Members, both the buyer and the seller will have their memberships revoked.
