■Please be sure to wear a mask when you come to the venue. Please cover your mouth and nose and wear it properly.
■Re-entry is not allowed.
■Please refrain from cheering loudly. Please show your support with applause and clapping.
■You will not be allowed to enter the venue if you have any of the following conditions within one week prior to the event.
・Fever above normal (37.5°C or higher) / Cold symptoms such as cough, sore throat, etc. / Sluggishness (fatigue), difficulty breathing (dyspnea) / Abnormal sense of smell or taste /Feeling of heaviness, tiredness, etc. / Intense contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 / Family members living together or close acquaintances who are suspected to be infected.
■Due to temperature checks and other infection control measures, it may take longer than usual to enter the venue. Please allow plenty of time for your visit, as congestion is expected right before the start time.
■There will be a regulated exit from the venue after the event is over. Please wait in your seats until the announcement is made and follow the instructions of the staff.
■Please use hand sanitizer when entering the venue.
■Please be sure to watch the games in the same seat as your ticket for the purpose of visitor information management.
■Alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans, and dangerous items are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
■Please refrain from excessive drinking.
■Eating and drinking are prohibited except for hydration. Please refrain from conversation when removing your mask to rehydrate, etc.
■When entering or exiting the venue, or when waiting at the concession stands or restrooms, please leave space between you and other visitors in line. Entry may be temporarily restricted.
■Please refrain from talking at close range with other visitors, taking pictures in groups, or otherwise interacting with other visitors, and keep contact to a minimum.
■Please take infection control measures before and after the event as well, such as "keeping a safe distance between people," "wearing masks," and "hand washing and other hand hygiene."
■Please refrain from staying in the venue before the opening time and after the event. In addition, from the viewpoint of infection control, please refrain from prolonged interaction with other visitors, such as talking at close range or taking pictures in groups.
■We ask for your cooperation in following the measures and instructions for preventing infection in the venue and acting with an awareness of infection prevention. You may be asked to leave the venue if you are deemed to be a hindrance to safety.
■Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the venue.
■Video recording is prohibited in the venue.
