* Applications can only be made once per person for each performance day. Please note multiple applications will be deemed invalid.

* Scaffolding is being erected at Daigoku-den Hall of Heian Shrine for the 130th anniversary of the shrine's foundation. Please be forewarned in advance.

* Tickets receiving procedures: Please come to the venue and pick up your tickets at Information Center from 4:30 pm on the day of the event.
* The event will be held rain or shine. However, it may be canceled in the event of stormy weather or heavy rain (tickets will be refunded in this case).
* Umbrellas are not allowed in the venue. Please use rainwear in case of rain.
* Parasols are also prohibited. Please come to the event fully prepared for rain and temperatures.
* Smoking, eating, drinking, and recording are strictly prohibited in the venue. It is possible to take photos inside the garden, but please refrain from taking photos on stage during the concert. In addition, the use of tripods, monopods, etc., and bringing them into the venue is prohibited.
* There is no parking lot at Heian Shrine. Please use public transportation such as city buses and subways to the venue.
* The venue is designated as an Important Cultural Property and a Place of Scenic Beauty, so please do not damage it. Please do not enter off-limits areas such as the fences in the shrine garden (which will trigger an alarm), and do not bring pets or dangerous items into the venue.
* Please follow the instructions of the venue staff.

[Explanation regarding the meal plan]
Enjoy a meal before the concert at Rokusei, a long-established ryotei restaurant in Kyoto.
Enjoy a kaiseki dinner featuring seasonal Kyoto delicacies and hearty hospitality.
Time: 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day
Venue: 71 Okazaki Nishi-tenno-cho, Sakyo-ku, Kyoto
* The event will start simultaneously at 5:00 pm at Rokusei. After that, participants will proceed to Heian Shrine on their own. (4 minutes walk from Rokusei to Heian Jingu Shrine)
Please contact Rokusei (TEL: 075-751-6171) if you would like to change your meal due to allergies, etc. For inquiries in languages other than Japanese, please contact us by e-mail (benishidare@mb.kyoto-np.co.jp). Changes will be accepted until Monday, September 30. Depending on the content, changes may be difficult to make.
