* Each day requires a different ticket. Please make sure to get the right day.
* This type of ticket must be pre-purchased. Sale of tickets directly at Tokyo Big Sight is limited to PM Entry Wristbands allowing entry only after 12:30.
* One child (15 years or younger) can enter without a ticket/wristband per guardian if entering together. If entering separately and not with a guardian, children must have their own ticket/wristband.
* Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you buy a ticket from somebody else, you will not be able to use it as have just wasted money. Do not resell tickets. We will check IDs as needed. You MUST BRING an ID (Passport, residence card, driver’s license, student ID, etc.). Beware, that in the past we had to send some people home due to not having any ID at all. USE YOUR REAL NAME.
* In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the ticket price and fees will not be refunded.
* A 10% handling charge is included in the ticket price.
* Once your order has been completed, changes or cancellations are not possible.
* At the time of entering the event, you might be required to show a valid photo ID (e.g. passport, residence card, driver’s license, student ID, etc.). Japanese living in Japan cannot use this ticket. Japanese living outside of Japan must bring a proof of oversea residence (e.g., dated entry stamp or foreign visa in passport, ID from another country, etc.)
